Renato Milone is a composer and music producer whose work spans film scoring, commercial production, sync licensing, and artist development across three decades and five continents. Originally from Salerno, Italy, he has built a multifaceted career that balances high-level creative work with a commitment to music education.

His film scores have premiered at major international festivals including Tribeca Film Festival and Boston International Film Festival, bringing emotional depth and sonic innovation to diverse storytelling. In the commercial realm, Renato has produced music for global brands and collaborated with artists from Portugal, Estonia, Singapore, Colombia, and Israel, developing a reputation for versatile, culturally informed production. Career highlights include production work on Whitney Houston's "Nothing But Love World Tour" (2010), as well as extensive work in sync licensing for film, television, and advertising.

As founder of The Boom House Productions and Mr Milone label, Renato maintains complete creative control over his artistic output while producing and releasing original music that defies easy categorization. His work explores the intersection of traditional composition techniques with modern production technology, creating soundscapes that are both technically sophisticated and emotionally resonant.

Since 2015, Renato has also served as an Associate Professor in the Contemporary Writing and Production Department at Berklee College of Music, where he teaches production techniques in Logic Pro, film scoring, orchestral composition, and experimental recording methods. His innovative curriculum development has earned him the Don Wilkins Outstanding Curriculum Development Award (2024) and three Berklee FLY Grants for educational innovation. He also teaches for Berklee Online, extending his impact globally.

Renato's approach to both music and teaching emphasizes the integration of artistic vision with entrepreneurial thinking—a philosophy born from his own experience building sustainable multiple income streams as a working musician. Fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish, he brings a global perspective to every project.

Renato holds both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Music from Berklee College of Music and is based in Boston, Massachusetts.
